Yesterday, as part of their learning about rainforests, the children in Year 3 & 4 visited Chester Zoo. They had a fantastic day and a very special thank you to Mrs Carr and Mrs Minshall who both accompanied the children on their visit.

Over the past year, we have continued to work closely with the recently formed ‘Uttoxeter Learning Trust’. Although we intended to join as a founder member of the Multi-Academy Trust, issues arose which meant that we, along with All Saints’ First School, Church Leigh, chose to delay our conversion to become an Academy and join the ULT.

Over the year, staff plan a range of educational visits which not only support children’s learning within the classroom, but also offer children the opportunity to enhance their learning through a range of rich, excit-ing, engaging experiences beyond the classroom.
